Shipping Methods and Logistics
Based on the nature and weight of the ordered goods, we provide the following logistical solutions:
- Courier Service (For smaller parcels): Products of normal weight and size (e.g., water treatment chemicals, smaller pumps, pool accessories, lighting technology) are delivered quickly and accurately to the specified address by our contracted courier partner.
- Custom Freight and Crane Truck Delivery (Oversized goods): Large, heavy structural elements or those requiring special handling – such as Porocell blocks, inverter pool heat pumps, or segments of polycarbonate pool enclosures – are transported to the site via our own freight vehicles or specialized crane trucks, guaranteeing damage-free unloading.
- Personal Pickup: We provide the option for free personal pickup of products at our central warehouse at a pre-arranged time.
Flexible Payment Options
Financial settlement of orders can be executed through the following secure channels:
- Cash or Card Payment in Person: Available at our warehouse or on-site upon delivery of oversized products via our own fleet.
- Secure Bank Wire Transfer: Based on the proforma invoice sent after order confirmation. For larger volume projects (e.g., turnkey pool construction or custom enclosure manufacturing), payments are handled according to the schedule specified in the contract.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For lower-value parcels delivered by courier service, payable directly to the courier via cash or card.
