Range of Products and Services Available for Purchase

Our online store specializes in the distribution of professional pool technology, wellness, and spa products, equipment, and accessories. Images and photos displayed on the product datasheets are illustrations in certain cases, and thus may minimally differ from reality.

Items in the range can be purchased via online ordering or in person (after prior arrangement). The indicated prices do not include the home delivery fee – the shipping cost is calculated and added to the total amount before finalization of the order based on the current contents and weight of the shopping cart. Promotional prices published online are valid exclusively for orders placed through the webshop.

Our prices are without exception gross consumer prices, meaning they already include the VAT prescribed by law.

Delivery Terms and Pricing

Shipping fees for domestic delivery:

The shipping fee is determined by the theoretical weight of the ordered package. When calculating the theoretical weight, the system takes into account the volumetric weight resulting from the packed size of the item (length cm × width cm × height cm / 6000) and the real physical weight of the shipment, using the higher value of the two.

Home delivery with cash on delivery (COD) payment method:

• 3,500 HUF

Packages are delivered by the courier service on business days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to the specified delivery address.

The invoice issued for the purchase and the warranty certificate are placed inside the packaging. Please inspect the shipment thoroughly upon delivery in the presence of the courier! If you notice visible damage on the products or packaging, request the courier to record a protocol and do not accept the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept subsequent complaints regarding physical damage without a damage report protocol!

Technical Process of Ordering

1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the datasheet of the selected product. The product will then be placed in your virtual cart, the contents of which you can check immediately.

2. If you wish to continue shopping, browse further among the categories and select new products.

3. For every additional item you wish to purchase, proceed as described in point 1.

4. Once you have placed all necessary items in your cart, click the "Checkout" button to review the contents of your cart in detail. Here you have the opportunity to delete products or modify quantities by rewriting the piece count field.

5. You can move forward in the process using the "Next" button located on the cart page. If you are already a registered and logged-in customer, the system redirects you directly to the checkout to verify details. Otherwise, you must choose the "Login" or "Registration" option.

6. To finalize and submit your order, click the "Place Order" button on the "Checkout" page.

7. The system will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail regarding the successful receipt of the transaction.

The purchase contract becomes legally valid and active as soon as our customer service formally confirms it via e-mail or telephone.

The countervalue of the ordered goods must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package, either in cash or by bank card.

Incoming orders are processed on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM – at the latest within 72 hours from receipt.

Of course, orders can be placed at any time outside working hours; requests arriving after the end of working hours will be processed on the next business day.

Referencing the unique order number included in the e-mail sent by our automatic system, you may inquire about the status of your package through any of our contact channels, or follow the process by logging into your account.

In the case of uncollected packages returned to the sender, the two-way shipping costs arising from the unsuccessful delivery shall be borne entirely by the customer. The re-sending of the package will only be initiated again in the event of advance bank transfer of the products and shipping fees!

Warranty and Guarantee

We provide a 12 or 24-month warranty (guarantee) on the products distributed by us in accordance with current legislation. In the event of a malfunction, you can receive precise information on the necessary steps through the contact details of the specialized service centers indicated on the warranty certificate, or directly from our customer service.

Warranty rights cannot be enforced for damages resulting from improper installation, non-intended use, or mechanical damage; therefore, please read the received instruction manual carefully before use!

Right of Withdrawal

Under current regulations governing distance contracts, a customer qualifying as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase intent without justification within 14 days from the receipt of the product. In the event of withdrawal, Aquanet Hungária Kft. is obliged to refund the purchase price paid for the returned product to the customer, at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal declaration and the actual return of the product. The refund obligation does not apply to extra logistical options exceeding standard shipping costs, and the direct cost of returning the product to our company's registered office is also borne exclusively by the buyer.

Regarding matters not regulated in this document, the provisions of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, as well as the Civil Code (Ptk.), shall apply.

Precise Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you are obliged to notify us of your clear intention to do so in writing (either via an official letter sent by post or by e-mail) before the expiration of the deadline, referencing the purchased product and the unique identifier of the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of the product.

In the case of notification sent by post, we take the date of posting (postmark) of the letter as the basis for calculating the 14-day deadline. For safety reasons, it is recommended to send the letter as a registered mail so that the date of posting can be credibly proven.

You must return the ordered product in an undamaged, clean condition to our company's official registered office. The shipping and postal costs associated with the return are borne by the customer. Important: do not return the product via cash on delivery (COD)! Our company is unable to accept packages sent with COD payment, and the return shipping costs thereof will also be borne by the buyer!

The customer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from improper use, damage, or degradation of the products, and is responsible for reimbursing it. Following the undamaged arrival of the product, we will refund the purchase price by bank transfer to the specified bank account number within a maximum of 14 days.

Data Protection and Data Management

Personal data provided to us during the use of the online store and registration are handled strictly confidentially, in compliance with current data protection regulations (GDPR), and will not be disclosed to third parties. Exceptions to this are subcontractors and partners (such as the courier service performing logistics tasks) to whom the transfer of data is indispensably necessary for the successful fulfillment and delivery of the order.

While browsing the online store, technical information (so-called log files, such as IP address, precise time of the visit, and URLs of subpages) is automatically recorded for statistical and system security purposes, which, however, are not suitable for direct personal identification. The system places small data files, so-called cookies, on the user's computer. Cookies are unable to establish the visitor's identity and serve exclusively to support the current session.

For the flawless operation of the online store's functions, the use of cookies must be enabled in the browser; without them, certain interactive modules may be non-functional.

An invoice meeting legal requirements is generated for the purchased products, which we are obliged to retain for the period specified in the accounting law.

You may request the modification or permanent deletion of your data from the system in writing at our customer service at any time. In addition, users subscribed to the newsletter can unsubscribe from direct marketing messages at any time while retaining their registration. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter either by letter, e-mail, or by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the newsletters.
