Chlorine-Free Pool Disinfectants

Chlorine-free swimming pool chemicals are approved formulations containing active oxygen, which have a much higher stability than technical peroxide and contain auxiliary components that enhance efficacy.

For public baths and swimming pools, we recommend the use of DEWAN-50 and DEWAN-35, while for private pools and hot tubs, we recommend DEWAN-18.

Chlorine-free disinfection is not yet as widespread, although it has numerous advantages:

• does not dry out the skin;
• odorless;
• does not react with other substances in the water;
• decomposes without residue;
• does not affect the pH of the water.
